"Gods damn it, Nikolai! How dare you make this decision!"
"Calm down, Jeyld. You cannot stop this." Nikolai placed his hand upon the glowing crystal.
"We can find a way to stop them. Please!" Jeyld strained at the bars between him and his friends. "This will kill you! Karrin, stop him!"
The dark eyed woman shook her head. "We have accepted our fate, Jeyld. All of us have. We elves are at peace with death."
"And what of the dragons?" A last desperate gamble to talk them out of this. "Their fate is tied into this as well!"

I haven't actually done anything on this account for years.
Just occasionally logging in to check on those I watch.
But today...
Today I submitted something. That in itself is momentous but then I did something more.
I re-read my poems.
It was almost painful. Not due to the horrible writing or grammar or even spelling. But holy shit did that tear open some old wounds.
I'm a much happier person now. I've found my muse. And because of her, I was able to put away these childish emotions and let myself be happy.
I'm not saying that all emotions are childish, but the ones that are self centered to the point of excluding all else certainly a
I will now be taking commissions.

Hello, all three of you who read this.
I have a question for those of you who take commissions.
I've been considering doing this for a while and I want to get started. Give me something to do during the day besides look for a job.
The thing I need to know is how to handle the whole thing. I don't know how to receive payment, whether to get paid before or after, and how to send them the sketch.
I'm guessing with the sketch that I email them a high quality image. But I'm only guessing.
Any advice that anyone has is appreciated.
Thanks, guys.
